How long until I can expect my order to arrive?

Please allow up 1 - 5 working days for delivery after full payment is received. Deliveries can arrive at any time between 9am - 5.30pm local time, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.

If I order more than one picture, is the delivery charge more?

The £10.00 delivery charge is a one-off charge no matter whether you order 1, 2 or 5 pictures (maximum order of 5). So the more you buy the better deal you get!

Are other sizes available?

Apart from the numerous sizes we have on offer, we can supply made to measure items as well. Just let us know what size you want by email or phone and we will give you a separate quote.

Do you have a gallery or somewhere I can see examples of the canvas?

Contact us as we have some samples on display, we can provide a list of locations where you can view our products.

Can you print my own pictures or photos?

Yes, the majority of our orders are for customer's own photos. Please refer to our Design It Yourself section of the site for instructions to upload your digital image.

My picture is not in a digital format?

Please scan at 300 dpi minimum, and save in JPEG format , then upload in the normal way.

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?

We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info.

Will my canvas be the same as the image I see online?

Images will vary depending on the size you have ordered due to scale and proportion and monitor quality.

What can be done about date stamps and red eye?

Our designers will automatically remove date stamps and red eye wherever possible, and this is done completely free of charge. However, if you would prefer not to take advantage of this free service then please show this on your order form.

How do I care for my canvas?

To maintain and increase the lifespan of your image, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.

Do you supply to trade?

Yes, if you want 10 or more pictures please contact us for our trade prices.

How do I use my Gift voucher code/Discount Code?

Gift vouchers/Discount Codes can be redeemed during the check out process.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?

When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.

Do you deliver to other countries?

Available on request. Please contact us for international shipping information.

What about my personal details?

Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. Unless you have subscribed to our mailing list, we do not retain your details any longer than is necessary.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Payment services are provided through Google checkout.

What about copyright of my image?

By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the image, or have obtained full permission from the copyright owner which permits us to print it in accordance with your order. We accept no responsibility for items printed without the correct permissions.
